Shipping & Exchange Policy

If you find the need to return an item please note our policy:

Returned items must be unworn & unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any return if there is a slight odor, stains, or appears worn.

Merchandise may only be returned for store credit or an exchange. We will be more than happy to send another size, or color if need be {if that item is still in stock}.

Store credit is only applied to the amount paid for the item, this does not include shipping & handling. 

You have 14 days from the purchase date to send back an exchange. Any items sent back after 14 days will be returned to you.

Damages must be reported within 3 days. If by any chance there is a defect with the item you receive, please send a photo to contact@whistleandwild.com and we will refund if it is within 3 days. *Refunding is decided on a case by case basis only.

Different lighting may affect the way a color or pattern is perceived. This does not qualify as a defect.

Shipping:

Whistle & Wild is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or packages marked "delivered" by post office or apartment/condo building.
